Meeting Schedule
NOTICE OF SCHEDULED COMMITTEE OF WHOLE AND REGULAR BOARD MEETINGS FOR FISCAL YEAR
2008
Audit, Venture Capital, Compensation/Nomination, and Executive Committee Meetings are held the day of and either prior to or immediately following the Board Meeting, as noticed. The Healthcare Committee meets monthly in Chicago, as as noticed. The Agriculture Committee meets monthly in Mt. Vernon, as noticed.
The Illinois Finance Authority
(IFA) will hold its Chicago Board meetings at 11:30 am and its Springfield Board meetings at 3:00 pm on the dates and at the
locations listed below.
The IFA provides this information to you pursuant to the Illinois Open Meetings
Act, 5 ILCS 120 (2000).
