Higher levels of participation in bank Participation Loans make this
financial tool more attractive than ever. IFA works with lenders to offer lower
blended interest rates on fixed asset and capital project financings. IFA will
now participate in up to $500,000, or up to 50%, of a qualifying loan.

Congress Approves CapEx Limit for IDB's
In what will be a significant boon to industry, the Capital Expenditure Limit on
Industrial Development Bonds is raised from $10 to $20 million, effective
January 1, 2007. IFA, working in conjunction with the Council of Development
Finance Agencies, helped achieve this revision to H.R. 4520, the American Jobs
Creation Act.
