The Illinois Finance Authority strives to provide professional, comprehensive management of your project—from the day you call to inquire about a possibility, to the day you receive your funds. To help assure your project moves smoothly and efficiently, we have prepared the following guidelines to working with us. If at any time you have questions, please contact a Funding Manager at your nearest IFA office.

Bond Program Handbook

This comprehensive, 70-page document provides detailed information about procedures, requirements, schedules and responsibilities for most projects that are handled by the IFA. Learn how to get your project through the system quickly and efficiently. Sample forms included.
