Healthcare Initiative -
Public Offering Program for
Critical Access Hospitals (CAH’s)

Purpose:
To create tax-exempt access to capital for Critical Access Hospitals (CAH’s) through the public credit markets

Types of Healthcare Facilities Eligible for Financing:
Critical Access Hospitals in Illinois that are 501(c)(3) qualified

Uses of Financing Proceeds:
Capital projects including: construction/renovation of facilities, equipment acquisition, acquisition of land or buildings, and to refinance existing debt

Highlights and Benefits:

Finance up to 100% of project cost
Reduced transaction costs
Professional streamlined process

Terms of Financing:
Up to 40 years

Fees:
